Evolve IT Recruitment Ltd is busy as ever after a record breaking first half of FY23/24!
Its not been easy – the market is tough out there for clients and candidates alike – but by living by our company ethos: “Do The Right Thing” – we have seen brilliant, positive growth across the board!
We have added two more wonderful consultants to our wee team (which has tripled in size over the last 3 years) Lauren Clark and Craig Leiper and have seen a huge rise in clients coming to us by recommendation and referral – proof to us that we are doing the right thing.

In addition, we have partnered with the incredible charities based at Fresh Start (Scotland): SHEscotland and MoveOn to provide employability workshops to their service users. We have also provided CV/Interview workshops to the lovely folk affected by the CodeClan situation to ensure that Evolve IT Recruitment Ltd gives back to the local communities that we work in.
We have a load of roles on across the permanent and contract space and – while the market is still challenging – we are continuing to engage closely with clients planning for future recruitment and see very positive plans in the pipeline! For those looking for roles – hang on – positive things are coming!
